Refund & Return Policy (Cash on Delivery Orders)

1. Live Plants Policy

Since payment is made after delivery, we make sure every plant arrives healthy and exactly as described.

  • At the time of delivery, the customer may inspect the plant before paying.

  • If the plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as advertised, the customer has the right to refuse the item before payment.

  • Once the customer accepts the plant and completes payment, the sale becomes final, and we cannot offer refunds for issues caused by care after delivery.

2. After Delivery Issues

  • If you discover a serious issue within 24 hours after receiving the plant, you may contact us with photos or a video.

  • We will offer one of the following depending on the case:

    • Replacement plant

    • Store credit

  • Refunds are not applicable because payment is collected only after acceptance of the plant.
