Refund & Return Policy (Cash on Delivery Orders)
1. Live Plants Policy
Since payment is made after delivery, we make sure every plant arrives healthy and exactly as described.

At the time of delivery, the customer may inspect the plant before paying.

If the plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as advertised, the customer has the right to refuse the item before payment.

Once the customer accepts the plant and completes payment, the sale becomes final, and we cannot offer refunds for issues caused by care after delivery.
2. After Delivery Issues

If you discover a serious issue within 24 hours after receiving the plant, you may contact us with photos or a video.

We will offer one of the following depending on the case:

Replacement plant
-
Store credit
-

Refunds are not applicable because payment is collected only after acceptance of the plant.
